Physical activity and exercise are an important component of Jane’s own lifestyle and she wants to help people discover the benefits of training and will guide her clients every step of the way.
Combining her passion for sports and the outdoors with her education, Jane graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She continued her education with a graduate certificate from Niagara College in Exercise Science for Health and Performance. Her education furthered her passion for working with people and enhancing their quality of life through exercise and movement, leading her to become a registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP).
As a CEP, she is capable of catering to a wide range of clients including those with chronic diseases or conditions. She recognizes areas of opportunity and provides strategies to improve, maintain and/or attenuate declines in fitness and health in varying populations.
